Our signature bags are meticulously hand-woven from state-of-the-art neoprene. This material is chosen for its durability, lightweight feel, and modern aesthetic.
How should I clean and care for my bag?
For minor spills, spot clean with a mild soap and water. For a deeper clean, most of our neoprene styles are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle; however, we recommend placing the bag inside a mesh laundry bag and air drying only.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain promotional or sale items may be designated as final sale.
